The only company that returned my call the same day

My hot water heater went out on a Sunday, and Craig Plumbing was the only company that returned my call the same day. The owner, Craig Brazanskas, came out on Monday and installed a new water heater, and also found that the house pressure regulator was bad and fixed that as well. Craig explained everything he did and answered all my questions. Very personable and professional. I'll certainly use Craig Plumbing again

Honest, fair, and did the job quickly

Well, this week the original faucet in our kitchen sink, decided that after twelve years of faithful service, it was time to spring a leak. I am certainly no handyman, but I think that fixing a leaky faucet by changing a washer or seating is within my skill set. Much to my chagrin, the faucet design precluded this as an option and after a frustrating few hours, I decided to call a professional. The first plumbing service I contacted could not schedule a service call for at least 10 days, and having a faucet that was leaking copiously for that amount of time, was out of the question. I called Craig plumbing and they scheduled a plumber to shoot over and give us an estimate two days later. Man, what a boon! Eric took a look and told me that the faucet required replacement and that I could call the manufacturer and wait for a warranty replacement, have his company provide a replacement, or I could go buy the new faucet and have him install it two days later. Never before have I had a plumber offer me alternatives to their purchase and markup for new equipment and that totally floored me. Today, Eric came and installed the faucet I purchased in much less than the scheduled two hours. He left our kitchen clean, the cabinet under the sink dry and the new faucet working without issue. Eric was courteous, respectful, and professional at all times. If his behavior is indicative of the company culture, I would recommend Craig Plumbing to anyone, without a seconds hesitation. They were honest, fair, and did the job quickly and professionally.

The reply to my call for installation of a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal was immediate. Mr. Craig and technician came when they said they would, inspected the plumbing for any additional materials needed, gave me an estimate and began the work. In less than two hours they had completed the job and left my kitchen in better shape than it was before they arrived. The kitchen has a new life in an old house! It was excellent work, no breaks, and unnecessary to run out for additional supplies. It was awesome because in the past I have never experienced such great service. Forget the 5-star rating! I discovered my water heater was leaking at 4:30pm on a Thursday. By 4:30pm on Friday I had a new water heater installed and ready to go! Craig was very helpful, knowledgeable and took great care of my home during the installation. Having just closed on our first home, my husband and I have quickly learned that homeownership can quickly turn into feeling like we opened up Pandora's box. Our first morning in our home we noticed a lack of hot water. Utilities were on, everything was fine, but we couldn't get the pilot light of the 5 year old water heater to stay on. We called a nearby company (who will remain nameless here) who sent over a technician, took a peek, got the water working for about 15 minutes at a scalding temperature, and quickly the pilot light went out again. The technician said the gas control valve was bad, was not covered under warranty, would cost us $500 to replace and take about two weeks. What. The. Flip.

Craig is extremely professional.

I had a leak in my shower and wanted to replace the shower head anyway. Company other than Craig Plumbing came out to change out shower head, but leak persisted. I called Craig. He was out promptly. He discovered that the water pressure was much too high in the house and that the pressure regulator was failing. So he fixed the cartridge in the shower. The next day he replaced the pressure regulator. Craig is extremely professional. He keeps you updated on timelines, explains what he is doing without a lot of jargon and charges fair prices. Highly recommend!

I can say this was the most pleasant home service call we've had. Craig was prompt, fast, courteous and the price was reasonable for unplugging the kitchen pipes.
