    “I had a leak in my shower and wanted to replace the shower head anyway. Company other than Craig Plumbing came out to change out shower head, but leak persisted. I called Craig. He was out promptly. He discovered that the water pressure was much too high in the house and that the pressure regulator was failing. So he fixed the cartridge in the shower. The next day he replaced the pressure regulator. Craig is extremely professional. He keeps you updated on timelines, explains what he is doing without a lot of jargon and charges fair prices. Highly recommend!”

    “Having just closed on our first home, my husband and I have quickly learned that homeownership can quickly turn into feeling like we opened up Pandora's box. Our first morning in our home we noticed a lack of hot water. Utilities were on, everything was fine, but we couldn't get the pilot light of the 5 year old water heater to stay on. We called a nearby company (who will remain nameless here) who sent over a technician, took a peek, got the water working for about 15 minutes at a scalding temperature, and quickly the pilot light went out again. The technician said the gas control valve was bad, was not covered under warranty, would cost us $500 to replace and take about two weeks. What. The. Flip. We called Craig Plumbing after getting a recommendation from family, and he was able to make it out the next day. Craig spoke to my husband, got a run down of what we were told before, and took a look at our water heater to evaluate himself. He put us in contact with Whirlpool to get the replacement piece we needed (under warranty and much much under $500), and is heading back to get us set up once it arrives. In the meantime, we've got hot water and can manage while waiting for the piece to stop the shenanigans. I don't know what the deal was with the first company, but Craig certainly saved the day for us. Without a doubt we will not hesitate to reach out to him again next time something comes up.”
